Once you have found this secret haven once, getting here becomes very obvious. If it is your first visit and you are ever unsure please follow the signs all the way to South Devon Railway (there are many). We are adjacent to their platform.

By Steam Train

Make a day of it and travel to us by steam train. South Devon Railway runs trains to Totnes from Buckfastleigh or Staverton.

Ask for joint tickets to enjoy a discounted rate for the farm and railway.

By Train

From Totnes mainline station, follow signs to the South Devon Steam Railway. Totnes Rare Breeds Farm is a 400m walk.

By Road

Totnes is on the A385 from Paignton and the A381 from Kingsbridge and Dartmouth.

Totnes Rare Breeds is accessed by a foot/cyclepath from Totnes mainline station (the distance is approx. 400 yards): follow signs to the South Devon Steam Railway.

There are a number of public car parks in the town, including the mainline station. Bicycles may be left outside the Totnes Rare Breeds Garden Cafe.

Buses stop either at Totnes mainline station or the town centre.
